Yahoo 360 is a wonderful place to start with which can contain as a place that showcases your bar!!
Pictures, Blogs, Coctails etc. You can get your customers added to that 360 page and trust me if you have a lively 360 and happy customers, it spreads like fire!!!
So there you go, a business model... What are you waiting for?
