I set my journal in Word to be password protected and I haven't opened it in a few months and don't remember the password is there a way to get it? Or have I lost all my entries?

yes. Word is a fully encrypted password. You'd have to send the thing off to some company who is going to charge you an arm and a leg to retrive the data. YOu are probably better off starting over....
As for passwords, never use a password which you can easily forget. AND if you need to, write the password down somewhere - maybe even in a sort of code. Like if you use your father's middle name...write down the reminder, not the word...

you can try a crack the password software from the internet search but watch out when you go looking for software like that coz there is website's just waiting for you to download there cracking password software programs and when you do there crack your email password and your chat id passwords there even take over your pc and crack that
