Unfortunately, you can't heal them. They are basically scars. They can fade with time, as scars can, but they can't be healed. Because they are scars, you could try something like Mederma, which is an ointment that is used to reduce the appearance of scars, but you can't ever completely get rid of them.

There's no "cure" for stretch marks, except for laser removal. That is very expensive and does not always work. It works better on marks that still have pigmentation (color). The marks will fade over time. If you want to try something less expensive I recommend maderma. Cocoabutter will more likely make you break out than make strechmarks fade. (Strech marks are scars, moisturizing them does not help them fade)

I don't think you can heal them, but a cream called 'Mederma' is supposed to be good at reducing their appearance...

I really need to try some of this stuff myself. I've accumulated quite a few stretch marks myself after having 5 kids :O)

You have to treat them as they are happening. Many years later, the "scars" will fade just like other ones. The scar bandages that are out nowdays help that process.

Use that lotion that they sell especially made for stretch marks. It might not heal them but it will make them less visible.
