I have had custody issues with my ex and hes going back to jail, I need to find out why

There's a couple of things that you can do:
1. go to the police web site for where you live
2. Go to the county/city jail's website and see if you can find or search for the name their
3. Call the local general district or lower court and ask a clerk to search for your ex's name for coming court dates.
4. put his name in Yahoo.com

check your local law enforcement site. mine has a section where you can type in a name and see if someone has been arrested and case dockets.

do a criminal background check on him there are a vast number of sites that offer them
