contact lenses and need to carry your case and drops? On a long flight, it is necessary to take your contacts off for comfort (I have found) and if you can't take your solution onboard what do you do?

Wear your glasses thru the whole flight and leave the contact stuff in your checked luggage.

I'm sure they'll let you on the plane with a small bottle of contact solution...keep it in your pocket. However, I wouldn't know....I don't wear contacts.

No contact lens cleaner allowed, it is one of the main bomb making ingredients.

You drive. I would drive, seriously. If they're doing all of this, it's because they know something's up. So I rather drive, or hire a chouffer.
