By the creating a "belief" i mean for example believes like "i am the best" and u have dat always in ur mind and u believe it..

Learn to error check your and other logic: look for contradictions, tautologies (x is from y so y is), infinites (the unfinished as defined as unending), missing quantities or misdescribed qualities, ambiguities, unconfirmed or unverified universalizations (all x are y), absolutes, ....

Beliefs are neither created nor destroyed, they simply transform into each as we wish them. Real knowledge brings pain in the quest for it, false knowledge pain precedes the suggestion of its cause.

Create a question, e.g. 'the best of what?'

You can always create and modify you belief system. However, I don't think it is physically possible totally remove a belief system unless you die or become cognitively disabled like a brain dead individual first. Why, because if we consider that everything tangible or not in our universe can have a reference, you've just created an assumption for example that object A has name B or behavior A leads to behavior or name B. It doesn't mean that it was correctly referenced, but you've just created your own opinion and assumption of its existance. It may not be correctly referenced, but that doesn't really matter now since its your own assumptions and opinions, the cornerstones to a belief system

Repetition is a part of social and cognitive conditioning. the Latin phrase : "cogito ergo sum"- I think, therefore I am; sums up how belief can be created or destroyed. Belief is also reinforced by other people's input, particularly when people of authority are giving the input. People of low self-esteem are particularly vulnerable to being influenced.

In general, the method will depend on the cognitive channel of the person to be estimulated.
