i had to change my account to Administrator so i could download something, and now, it's not letting me change it to 'Limited.' It just won't let me and I don't know why..anyone know what to do?

you will have to have another Administrator of the computer change it for you

hey u need to create a nother account instead of changing the administrator to limited. Windows needs an administrator account so dnt try missin wt that. Jst create a new user under power user rights or higher that should allow u to download and install/uninstall programs.

TO change it you need a administator account to change ur to administrator. I think this work to but frist try the fist 1 while system is starting start pressing F8 and then go to safe mode in safe mode log in the administator accoung and go to control panel and change ur .

Hi.

I'm assuming this is a Windows 2000 or XP system. I believe you need at least one administrative account. Click on start menu and select control panel. Scroll down and select 'Users'. You should see your account listed along with options for changing the account type.
