Just upload a background image you consider "hot". Or find the URL to an image you like and modify the body tag in your web page like this:

I hav a simple idea..Just create an image in photoshop sized (width=4*height=4) pixels. You now have totally 16 pixels (4 rows and 4 columns). Now shade top 2 rows pixels And leave the bottom 2 rows as blank(white). Finally set this as
