The only !00% sure cure for male pattern baldness is castration. It's true. Male pattern baldness is caused by testosterone. Get rid of the hormone and you can have all the hair you want. This was discovered when they used to castrate males kept in mental hospitals. One hairy castrated patient had a twin brother that was a chrome dome. I think you ought to just learn to live with the evolving scalp. Believe me you will be much more attractive to women that way than if you take the radical cure.
PS castration only prevents hair loss it doesn't regrow lost hair so it's really only effective if you do it before hair loss starts.

See a doctor, but be prepared to hear that there is nothing that can be done. If you simply have male pattern baldness, then it will continue to thin. (In rare cases, there are illnesses that can create temporary baldness - consider your family history. If your father lost his hair in his 20s, the chances are good that you will too).
I'd advise a buzz cut if the thinning is worrying you - this makes it far less obvious.

You can get your baldness fixed, with hair plugs, etc. Try Hair Club for Men.

Go see a dermatologist type doctor. They specialize in this event which will evaluate yourself and get you on a program. Don't delay your doctor visit. It will be in your best interests.
Stay away from those expensive hair transplant places.
