There were planning to do a movie called "Superman and Batman". I don't know whether or not they will still continue to do that movie but that will be the best team up in the upcoming future.

there's a recent cartoon of batman and superman that perfectly captures the strengths of these 2 heroes and the differences in their styles - not to mention the whole love triangle w/lois lane..if that could be transferred to live action, i'd vote for that!

They already have. Spider-Man vs Captain America. Except in the movie, Spidey is actually a villain. And has man boobs. And is a pervert. And has rats eat people's faces. And its in Turkish. But I don't want to ruin it for you. Enjoy!!!
