He's dead serious when he says that the designers are told that NO FASHION HOW-TO BOOKS ARE ALLOWED. Tim says that Kayne of Many Colors told the producers about the books, and the producers told Tim. He adds that Keith also left the production for several hours and used the internet -- two more violations of the rules. Tim enters and sits on the floor while Keith sits on a bed. He says that Keith is talented and that his possession of the books makes Tim sick. Because of the books and his departure from the production, they are kicking him off of the show. He has to leave that night. "
