Last night a policewoman pulled over my husband - he had been drinking.
She politely asked him to step out of his car. He willingly did so.
She says, "Anything you say can and will be held against you."
He replied "BREASTS."

ok for those that are taking this seriously - yes it's a joke.
And for the record if my husband had of said this, he better hope they kept him in jail for the rest of his miserable life because he wouldn't want to deal with ME when he got out.

Since when did they make someone post bail for a DUI? I live in Canada so maybe the law is different here. It's usually just an overnight stay in the jail, then an appearance before the judge to enter a no plea etc. Or they can get out if a friend goes and gets them, no bail needed.
However, I guess your question is a joke? So ha ha.

that's a tricky one i was in police academy until they kicked me out but his bail might be between $600.00 & $1,200.00 depending on the judge but if u want i can take his place until he gets home. i don't bite until commanded to.
