into a law school if my major through out a 2 year college was Liberal arts? Does that affect me in anyway. I have a 3.5 average, does that mean anything?

I've done a bit of reading on this and keep seeing that you should pick the most respectable major at which you can get the highest GPA. Law School is 'liberal arts' so it's a good match that way. When you finish your 4 year degree, you take the LSAT. That's huge for admission, too.

Most people who go into law school have bachelors in Liberal Arts (e.g. political science, well political science mostly). Transfer to a four-year and get your degree, keep up the good GPA, study for and take the LSAT, then apply to law school. Right now I'd say you are looking good for law school, as long as you keep your GPA in the 3.5 range.

You will need to take the LSAT after you get your Bachelor's degree. Then apply to law school. Good luck.

You will likely need to graduate from 4-year school to get into a good accredited law school.
