First off man its pubic hair. It will grow when it is time. You are normally 12 sometimes younger or older. If you cut or shave it, it will take about a week or two and it grow right back out.

Depends on how old you are. If you're 6 years old - probably 5-6 more years. It varies, you know.
If you already had them but lost them (got rid of them) - probably a week or so.
