Joseph Addison once described happiness as:
Something to do, something to love, and something to hope for. These are all good, but I would like to add that true happiness comes not by the attainment of "things", but by selflessly giving of yourself. Help others, and you will know happiness. When you are in the serve of others, you are only in the service of your God.

THE BEST WAY TO FIND AND BE HAPPY LONG TERM IS TO MAKE EVERYTHING AROUND YOU HAPPY LIKE A CLEAN ROOM A NICE FORK TO EAT WITH AND HELP PEOPLE MAKE THEM HAPPY THE ONES THAT CAN BE AND WATCH THEM SMILE ,PLAY WITH KIDS AND DO FUN THINGS , TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF , SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL GOOD AND ENJOY LIFE

u can find it in doing things u enjoy, u can find it with someone u truely love, its when u have an awesome time with ur friends, laughing all day and having fun. happiness can be pleasure from anything. its when ur satisfied with ur life, and ur outlook on life is pretty good. when ur enjoying life. ur heart feels lighter, ur more peppy, and u have a wonderful attitude. it feels great.
