I am a client of a LAN and I want to stop other clients from downloading because it slows down the speed of Net and even sometimes i have to wait for yahoo home page to open for 20-30 seconds. Please help me. There are almose 50-60 (almost) PC on over network.

You have to have Administrator Rights to that LAN to limit anything, if you don't, then NO you cannot... Good Luck

in the settings on that you can block all downloads then set a password on it and they can shut it down and cant access it coz you have a password on it the download stops dead they cant stop it or get passed it

ehh well that pretty much depends if u own that connection or not, if u own that connection then u should set up a network key to prevent them from using that connection
