who every now and then would touch his private parts,idk...maybe he's moving things around? It's not real obvious where people would see him do this,because he does it quick! But he seems to do this when he's standing near by or if he's coming towards me walking down an aisle. I pretend I don't see him do it,by looking away just when he does it. Ok guys out there.....what's the real reason you do this? Do you think he wants me to catch him doing this and get my reaction? What do I ever say to him if I happen to NOT look away if he so happens to do this again!?!

Guys are fascinated with adjusting. He might have lust for you, or he might just be one of those guys who likes to share. If you do catch him without looking away, I'd make a snarky comment, like are they still there?

Or say 'gosh darn fella, every time I see you your touching yourself, what gives? You got crabs or something?'.
BTW I'm a guy. The darn thing seems to always be finding an uncomfortable position to hang in. Sometimes pubes get caught in the folds and get pulled. Sometimes it just itches.
I like the "are they still there" mentioned elsewhere.

I knew a guy who would always scratch his privates and be toughing them, but not so quickly. I asked another guy friend about it and he told me that sometimes their privates do itch, but not all the time like some act like.
