Stress affects all of us in different ways.It depends on what your situation is,and on what you are going threw. When you feel over whelmed go find a place for you to be alone, like a hot lavender bath, that is very relaxing, then try not to think, enjoy your moment being alone and your bath. Also, play the radio on something that sounds relaxing and maybe light a few candles, instead of using the lights.Trust me this does turn your emotions around alitte. Then try to figure out what the root of your stress is and figure on how to resolve the issue. We all go threw things, you are not by yourself.I go threw stress and panic attacks, that i actually had to get medication from my Doctor,so if yours continues and nothing seems to help,i advice you to go to your family Doctor and talk to him about what you are feeling.I was at the point that i was even staying up half the night. So don't wait if this continues and i still have to go find my place for quality time as well,so try it,hope it helps you.Best wishes and Good Luck!

Look at every little amazing thing in your life right at this moment, and know that it is all for a reason. Stress will pass, as will your life and before you know it, you will be wondering where the time has gone, and you won't be able to turn back time. Every human is stressed in the world, specially nowadays. After long hard days just get some sleep and know that there is always tomorrow. Don't worry so much.

It is definitely possible to control stress, however every person uses different methods to do so. I usually go swimming, or go play some tennis, sometimes sleeping or doing yoga will help you. However, whatever you do, do not resort for unneccesary medication in order to do so, there is always a natural way of relieving yourself from stress. If you really can't think of anything to do, then talk to someone, a friend, or a psychiatrist, anyone, they will suggest methods for you to employ.
