Yes I do believe in the afterlife because if you think about it people experience seeing their love ones after they're gone. Not only that there have been some cases when someone dies and then comes back to life after a few minutes of being dead and the weird part of it all is the story they tell us when they were in the afterlife and how they saw heaven and God.

Yes, I do. I also believe that the life we live now is merely a preparation for the afterlife that is still coming.

If I was able to explain the purpose of life (only correctly, not in religious or any mysterious books), than for sure will be able to explain the existance of afrerlife. One of the questions is: if it exists, where it ill exist, and if the answer is - here, than how can we know about the time dimension. Our world is grabbing forward in technology, but it is poorly analphabetic in spiritual questions. And I believe it is in human nature to be forbidden to know more than it is like now, throw the centuries. This is a hard question, but it is sympathic to believe in afterlife or have it for real.

I believe our souls return to earth over and over again. We keep encountering the same people until we get it right. That's why some people seem to have "been here" already. Deja vous is real because your repeating former lives. There is no afterlife, just continuous life.

I really do not. The moment you close your eyes and die, your body ceases to function, your brain shuts down, your blood begins to clot, and you are done.
Even people who do believe in the afterlife never seem to put much thought into how you get there. It's all just "magic," you wake up in heaven and everyone you love is there, etc.
I have really grappled with this quesiton over the years and my conclusion is that the afterlife is just an invention dreamed up by people who cannot face death. We are frightened by our own deaths, but even moreso, we want to comfort ourselves in the case of someone else's death.
When a loved one dies, it's a huge blow. We miss them terribly and we have a hard time accepting that they are gone, especially if they died under bad circumstances, like killed by a drunk driver, etc. We like to imagine that they are in a better place.
The desire to believe in the afterlife has also been abused by people over the years. For most of history, people lived short, painful lives in poverty and disease. Many people still live in such conditions today. Imagine the power of a preacher who stands before a dirty, unhappy, crowd and promises "Follow me and I can guarantee you happiness in the next life! I know you're unhappy now but just wait! It will be better after you die!" In this way, you can basically get people to follow you until they die, without ever giving them anything. Unfortunately, many leaders throughout history have abused this and I just can't close my eyes to the corruption which the church and many states have committed in this regard. I would rather face death than waste my life trying to please someone who is manipulating me for money or political gain.
Like I said I have thought about this a lot and it's not a fun subject to think about, but one of these days I am going to simply blink out of existence and never come back. I won't get to take part in what's going on in the world, I won't find out who wins the world series or if there is ever going to be peace in the middle east, etc etc. It will be over for me.
That's very very hard to accept and quite frightening, but eventually I started to look at it in a new way. If life can be lost so completely and utterly and finally, then it's an incredibly precious thing. It's scary to think about blinking out of existence, but wondrous to think about how we just pop into being when we're born. Every day is incredibly precious and if you live your life right and make a positive impact on people, then your influence can be felt long after you die.
Think about someone like Martin Luther King or Mark Twain who have lived on long after their deaths. That's the beauty of being human. You are part of a team. And even if you die, that's not the end. The team will carry on. You just need to work really, really hard to make sure that you make a lasting and positive impact while you are here.

I consider the tree.
A seed buried in the ground.
It grows down into the darkness and up into the light.
It sheds leaves and seeds.
They fall to the ground, the leaves decay and fertilize the tree. The seed start new trees.
Trees eat breathe and convert light into food/energy.
Trees communicate with other trees.
Can about life from the tree?
Now, before I was born who and where was I?
If there is an after, there is a before.
My parents were before me, I am a combination them.
Through me my parents live on in my heart, mind and physical body.
Matter?
Energy?
What are we (humans)?
Water? (70% of our make up)
Water...ice...steam..liquid (notice changing states)
Do you as you perceive yourself to die and show up elsewhere
recognizing yourself (to limited)?
I Believe in Life, it is cyclical (look around, the clues are everywhere).
Life is a Circle, there is no before, there is no after.
Life is Now.

Yes. I don't believe any of us truly dies. We die on earth, but then ours souls live for eternity, in either heaven or hell. Those are our only two options. We get to choose. Choose Christ, choose heaven. Choose ourselves and Satan, choose hell.
