I got a job. I didn't get a better job right out of college. I had to work my way up. I recently started my own business and I plan to go back to school next year.
My advice is don't waste money on another degree if you don't exactly know what it is you want to study, what you're going to do with it, or why. But....don't wait to long to go back because you might never go back. Once you have entered the real world with job and family, it's hard to go back to school because of all the obligations, bills and etc. Get a job, earn some money, gain a little knowledge and understanding of the real world, then get married or start your own business.

I am still in undergrad, but once I get my degree I will go study for my Master's.
My major (speech pathology) requires a master's degree.
I would advise anyone in a liberal arts major to get a graduate degree if possible. This will help give you a leg up in the job market, obtain better salaries, and open up more opportunities. For those that are in a specialized undergrad major (like some types of allied health fields, business, art, etc.) may be able to start working right away.

I got my first job just to see how the work life is. And earning good money for all the hard work I made for the time I spent in college. College made me what I am today. A much more prepared and independent individual. Probably later on in your career you will outgrow your position and may want to do things on your own like start a business or a complete career change. But those degrees come in handy such as, making you look good on paper.

I'm going on to get my master's, but there's no particular rule. If one is satisfied with a college degree, one should go ahead and find a job.
