How come no one (even dr?) has good remedy for mouth ulcers?

heard KENALOG in orabase made by Bristol Myers Squibb? Almost instant cure s ulcers almost heal in only a day or 2. A 5 gm tube costs abt US$4 only

I had the same problem. I was told by the doc to take L-Lysine (it can be found at almost any drugstore. It worked. You can also use hydrogen peroxide to keep the germs out.

Most of them are caused by the Herpes virus. You can only cure it in the time it takes the tissues to heal.... Herpes can't be cured.

A lot of mouth ulcers are herpes and there is no cure for it.
