You are so right and just by your statement alone tells me that you are a special person, and i would like to say thank you for bringing this to my attention.I know that i am guilty myself of finding complaints against some services that i have received, but if i would react with a more positive affect,it could turn their day around as well.I feel ashamed now, because i was always taught that you treat others as you would want to be treated.I have a heart and this has definitely touched it.Again thank you for my wake up call towards others, and for enlightening this issue for those that also come across wrong so that i can be ready for them with kindness,to make that difference.Thank you!

Yeah I do, and quite often. If I have a problem with service or a product I try to address the issue right away. I find if I use the pygmalion effect and treat the personnel as though they are the best service I have ever received I tend to get incredible service, although some poor sausages cannot be helped. The truth is, a person who puts very little pride into his or her works is often punished by life... think about it... promotions slip by and go to the enthusiastic individual, oppportunities are missed and time tends to drag. Which individual would you prefer to be? Yes, call the establishment, I believe that life rewards those who put in the earnest effort with a great attitude.

Sure if someone goes above and beyond in performing a service with me then I have told managers before. Often I just tell the person how much I appreciate it!

I haven't called but I have written many letters, and I received a response back from the different companies every time. I believe we should acknowledge positive interactions and experiences. Too much emphasis is placed on the negative.

I think you're right. It's not unheard of to compliment, but complaints are much more common. I say give the manager a call. It's a very nice thing for you to do.

on each and every occasion I attempt a product and observe something good approximately it---the packaging, placing out and closing of it; or the coolest/undesirable style etc----sure---i'm getting their digital mail and enable them to comprehend the two positives and negatives. you would be shocked how many loose products they are going to deliver you coupons for the two way. i've got self belief the companies could comprehend and pay attention from the folk who purchase their product. I even digital mail companies touching directly to their commercials and packaging attraction---esp the categorized commercials---I in basic terms think of we as clientele have an hazard to be heard.

I have written letters. I've learned that works even better. Write about your experience, address it to the manager, and drop it off the next time you go in.

i always believe when credit is due, always let it be known. It will make the kid happy at the same time he will feel appreciated by you and the company if they award him too.
Write a note to let it be known. I notice when I write in to praise the staff, they really feel good, rather than just verbally.
