Well you need internet service to have Yahoo so it does but you can get a yahoo email account for free if you don't have internet at home just go to a cyber cafe or somewhere you can use the internet for free & get the account for free.

I'm just going to add that "My Yahoo" is awesome. It is soooo customizable. You can add feeds from 1000's of different sources, customize the colors, keep all your favorites/bookmarks there (GREAT for when you're out of town!!!!), calendar, notepad, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.
