Aloe Vera or ask a pharmacist what they recommend. Any cream or lotion meant for burns should help. Vinegar and water also takes the sting out and baby oil will remove the peeling skin without pain.

Next time avoid burning with a good sun screen and re-apply often

You will need-
1. Somewhere comfy that is not stainable.
2. Another person that is close to you.
3. A pot of tea.
4. Lots of washcloths.

Get into tank a top, something low and sleevless. Have the other person take one cloth and dip it into the tea. Place it on sunburn. Repeat, until tea has soaked in.

It works great.

Along with aloe straight from the plant, put some vinegar on a cotton ball and dab the burn.It may sound like it would sting, but it really does help the pain.
