Just be sure you're eating healthy and getting good rest but I think that's a great job for a pregnant woman to have being off your feet

It is very important that you get all of the rest you need. If you are used to doing this work routine, than I don't think that it will have any ill effects. As long as you get your 8 hours (plus all of the nap time you are probably craving. . . I remember being 5 months pregnant) of sleep, you should be okay. The computer thing is also fine. Again, as long as you get to move around and use the bathroom when you need to (and when you get further along, boy will you need to!), you should be okay. I assume you sit a lot during your work shift, being in the call center. If anything, that is probably pretty good for you. Well, better than being on your feet for 8 hours a day, five days a week.

Worrying is natural. I worried about some pretty silly things when I was pregnant. Talk of your concerns with your dr. They will know the best. He/she will tell you if what you are doing will have any ill effects on your baby.

The stumbling? Pregnancy also causes you to get clumbsy, forgetful, and moody. I swear, everything I held I dropped later in my pregnancy. Just be careful walking around, and take your time. I'm sure people will understand. If they don't, well, who cares what they think??

Good luck!!

Whether you work at night or during the day it doesn't matter. The baby might be confused when it is born with night and day because of your schedule, but its not going to affect the baby. Since you are at a call center, in between calls do some stretching and get up and walk around your cubical some. Dont stay sitting the entire time. I spent 2 yrs at a call center so I know you should be able to do this. IF things start getting too much maybe try and get onto a day shift, but you should be fine!

Your baby doesn't know what schedule you are on. She has her own schedule, and will sleep whenever she wants. If you stumble alot, just be a little more careful, pregnancy will make you clumsier, trust me. Sitting at a computer won't hurt you or the baby, but be sure to get up and take a walk around your office once an hour, to ward off clots. You'll be fine. :) Good luck, and Congrats!

I'm an old mom and I say if you are concerned you should speak to your OB/GYN as soon as you can about any and all concerns you have. That is what they are there for. It can be bad to sit too long at one time. Clots can form in your legs. Ask your doctor about it.

I think you should quit the job and rest because in the long run your gonna be the one tired and in pain, just eat healthy, get rest, and do some walking. I wouldn't reccommend working.

as long as you are taking your vitamins, eating correctly, sleeping a full 8 hours (with or without naps) and resting when you can, then you are doing fine.
good luck with that baby!

Just make sure you're not sleep-deprived. If your schedule is pretty stable, it should be OK.
Congrats by the way!
