Well yea,that's what they say but i don't think its completely true...not all people there are the best you can meet..I had a family member go to church and she had her purse next to her..she left it next to her on the bench and then she turned around(idk why) and when she looked at her purse at the end of the ceremony her little pocket book that had the money in it was gone...that shows that not all people in churches are the best you can find...to answer your question...no and yes :)
