is there a so called CHURCH where people actually go to worship and to have sex with the other members?

I was told that there was one of these Churches in California. I do not believe it.

It was a religion, but probably not an official church. Every so often a hypersexual sect/cult will pop up, they rarely last long.

That sounds more like a cult then an actual church. They probably take scriptures from the Bible to reinforce the notion that what they are doing is alright with God. That it is okay to have sex with members of the flock. That sounds like what people do at a swap meet. You know, a "swinger's convenction", that they have in both Florida and in California. It is almost like a cross between a swinger's convention that's found religion! LOL

I believe there was once a temple dedicated to Aphrodite, in which men would enter and "worship" by having sex with Aphrodite's "oracles" and pay an "offering"...But, obviously, it was just a whorehouse under the name of a church, and the police saw right through it and shut it down.

I live in Cali and I've never heard of it but I wouldn't hear about because I don't hang with those type of people so you never know these days.
