I am fed up of all these Bl**dy wars going on, all these attacks that are imminent.

The majority of the british population just want to get on with their lives without all this hanging over us.

What can we do????

I dont depend on the government anymore, as they were aware of these investigations and both Blair and Bush went on holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm tired of the Iraq war. I'm disgusted that Bush won't stop it. And Bush does take too many holidays. I agree about the British people, even though it was a full-scale plot and does deserve a lot of attention.

I agree!

I'm tried of hearing about humans inflicting unecessary pain and suffering on other human beings!

Why can't everyone just get along?

When all those people died in the Tsunami, I really felt that it had impacted the collective psyche of the world in such a way that it would make a real difference!

How could anyone deliberately go on killing anyone else, in the face of such human tragedy that was no-ones fault?

Wars were put on hold, grievances seemingly opened to compromise and discussion.

But it seems now the effect was only temporary...sadly.

How could anyone who's ever felt the pain and grief of losing a loved one (& we all have, be it due to accident, natural disaster, or even natural old age), inflict and perpetuate that feeling in the world!

It's not even about the other person, no matter how much anyone may hate another - it's about that feeling...and allowing it to exist any more than it has to by nature!

I think that everyone is pretty well damned fed up with all that's going on. What can we do? We must be resilient and get on and enjoy what we have. And be more caring and loving towards each other.

Forget the Two B's they will still be buzzing around for sometime yet, but have no fear they're day of reckoning will come, be sure of that. What goes round comes round.

I can be a bit shallow with regard to international problems, I'm usually more interested in the local rag. So I'm not fed up. Last year I did have to go to London a few days after those incidents, and after giving it some thought decided to go. I haven't an answer I'm afraid, and I agree with you in saying that we just want to get on with our lives.

I 100% agree with you. I have stopped thinking. I also take comfo rt (believe it o not) that we don't know the half of it. Where are the WMD? And why has TB (thats a disease as well) not resigned - no he is on holiday and left John Prescott in charge. We have to get rid of these clowns eh?

There's not much we can do. You might as well be yelling at a brick wall. You cannot stop it. It's going to happen regardless.
I have found that the only thing I can change is my attitude. I do what I can to make myself and others feel good. i do what I can to make a difference in one's life everyday.

Life is fragile and we just need to hang in there and take things as they come whether we like it or not

They set things in order to be completed by high officials while they recuperate. They are humans and need a rest, but could be contacted in a second by the proper officials in case of a new development.

I think many of us are growing tired and weary, of all the things that are happening in the world today... and on the streets of our own towns and cities: it is difficult these days, to even feel safe in your own home: without all the wars & terrorist threats!!

There is very little: if anything we can do... other than if you have faith... PRAY!!

The sad fact is: things are going to get far worse all round... before they get any better!!

Shalom... God bless!!

I, for one, know where my power lies. Voting! I know that I am only one vote, but my vote does count. If I believe in something (and I believe that Bush led us into this very stupid war on very stupid reasons -- Weapons of Mass Destruction, my ****) then I must stand up for my beliefs and do the only think that I can. And that is VOTE.
