I seem to remember someone telling me you can use those keys as "clipboards" for information that you find you have to type over and over again when working on the computer. Is that the case?

If not, is there any way to paste things I type over and over into e-mails etc?

Only if you have some software that supports it; I don't know what software they're talking about. Otherwise, no that doesn't work.

+You can use F3 in MS Word to complete partially typed AutoText entries.

Sort of. It only works from a command prompt.

F3 recalls the last command you typed. There are others, but I don't use them much so I don't remember them. ;-(
