If I was concerned about someone finding out in the first place and wasn't willing to say, yep, Sleep had nothing to do with what we did last night. I wouldn't do it.

I assume you mean a casual fling. Why not? If they're not seeing anyone and you're not seeing anyone and it doesn't really mean anything other than a casual release (safely protected, of course) not reason not to.
I, of course, say this as an adult and don't advocate this attitude to anyone under 21.

I most certainly would not. I love my fiance very much and would never betray her love for me by endangering our relationship. Have heard it said in the past that 5 minutes pleasure is not worth a life of agony.
