im really curious as to why, when this comes up, all of the bush backers try to turn it on clinton. did i ask about clinton? i specificly asked about the current president. if i asked about truman, you would bring up clinton. anything to take the heat off bush.

If you could use the 9-11 ticket the way he has, yes. If you could use the Homeland Security ticket the way he has, yes. If you could use the Israeli ticket the way he has, yes. It seems that everything George does is for some reason that is later found out to be not true. But, by the time that is discovered it is so far removed from peoples minds and something new has cropped up that no one takes him up on it including the Democratic party which seems to be in limbo because they have really no spokesperson who can be critical on their behalf. Both parties are at half mast, the Republicans because they have Bush and the Democrats because they have no one.

Depends, would you ask loaded, accusing questions like "If I were normal, could I be freethinking, unbiased by the media, patriotic and filled will empathy?"
See how that works, read a book you moron. Shi**ing on Bush sells papers. Read between the lines. It's easy to boo from the sidelines, try getting on the field.
Ignorant people like yourself are killing this Nation from the inside. You hate Bush so much. Become a terrorist. Find out what happens when you tangle with Americans who care about their country and are motivated to something other than ***** about it.

Bush is doing exactly what those who have bought him tell him to do. If you were president, you would also do what those who have bought you told you to do. The last president who actually went against the special interest groups that bought him was JFK, and look what happened to him.

Only if you were as hateful and greedy as he is. Anyway.... would you really WANT to get away with as much lying as he does? Bush has got a unique set of circumstances.... after 9/11 he knew it... he feeds off of people's fear. And Congress is complicit in his crimes. He and his circle are devious criminals but criminals usually think they won't get caught. I'd say there is an eternal justice (God) that Bush won't really "get away" with all the lying he does when all is said and done.

It would depend on who your players were under you.
So your only as strong as the people who support you, in fact a lot of presidents have been merely puppets, with others from there party pulling their strings.

Clinton lied nobody died, Bush telegraphs when he is lying, I can always tell, his lips are moving. So if you can lie without your lips moving then yes you could probably get away with it..
