I need to scan my compuer ,I have Trend-Micro 2006,every time I click on scan now it says that it still loading and even if I wait for long time it says the same thing,what should I do?

I would get a better security application. Seriously, I am sorry if you paid money for Trend-Micro, but please consider investing in Norton or McAfee. May God bless and keep you.

hi, there is no problem. It do require much time to scan your computer.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

try Mcafee Security, i have virus scan, Personalfirewall Plus, Privacy Service, Spamkiller , it works great! all this i have with Mcafee.

try a different scanning program, like norton antivirus.

please connect to the internet so you can send the problem through the unique id you had on your installation so they can fix it
or you may just uninstall the software then install it again
