At first I thought being out of high school would suck; I had so much fun and I really did like going to school (99% because of my friends) and the thought of not having that was sad. But after a little while, I realized how much better it is to be out. College is so much better than high school because you are treated like the adults you are supposed to be, its more flexible, its more challenging (but I like that), and all around more enjoyable. You still keep in touch with your good friends from school, and you make plenty of new ones. The only down side is that "the real world" kind of sucks some days....but only a little. High school life is more structured and sheltered, but after high school you have to start branching out, being an adult, growing up. Some days its not so fun, but for the most part I wouldn't trade anything to go back to high school (even on those sucky days).

Things you thought were so important in high school were are trash, now your life begins when you get out of school and try to find out what to devote your whole life to.

Wonderful.
There is so much in this world, to do and see. You won't notice
it for awhile, but one day you will realize just how fast it went by. So be kind to those around you, find employment - you like, treat people the way, you like to be treated, and make everyday count for some little positive thing, that you can feel pleasure in, to grow old with.

It's better in many ways, but worse in others. There's a ton of responsibility and things that you have to do, but there's freedom too. Enjoy your youth and don't grow up too fast. That way when you get there, you'll have a wealth of good memories & much to lend support to the decisions you'll be required to make.

a whole lot different. For starts... you can be who you want to be and there are no categories of people. Everyone are people and only people. There might still be cliques, but you don't have to walk the halls and see them... just stay away from Starbucks and you wont run into the blonde skinny girls.
