Help..how do I open the hood of my 89 Dodge Ram 250 if...?

..the cable broke by the latch under the hood ?? I don't want to break the grill.

Hire a cappuchin munkey to crawl under the hood and pop the latch.

Can you get a pair of pliers on the end of the cable?
if so open the hood from there.

get on your back and try from the bottom or through the grill
