im 16 and my gf of several months recently broke up with me and now hangs out every day with a bunch of guys she recently met....i need help getting over this...ppl have told me i need to meet new girls to hang out with...is this true? and how am i supposed to do that?

Yes, very true.... You should meet new girls. Make new friends, and maybe you'll meet a girl you will wanna go out with, if not atleast go out and have some fun. It can be hard to get back out there after a break up, but it's definitely what you need to do. Pretty soon, she will hardly ever cross your mind. And, when she does, it won't bother you, you'll be too busy enjoying your new life w/out her in it. Trust me, it WILL get better! :) :) :)

The thing is once we give our heart to somebody, it is VERY difficult to see our lives without them and it hurts deep inside and tears at our heart strings BUT if this was not the girl for you, IT is time to rewrite your story, there are many places to find that someone, REMEMBER when you aren't looking they will find you and don't jump at the first chance there is because they might not be the one believe me you will know just as I did when the right person knocks at your door(Metaphorically Speaking)
