Black is generally a good color for eyeliner. If you have really fair skin with blonde hair, try a shade of brown to reduce an outstanding color.

Putting on eyeliner is the same experience as putting on the rest of your make-up, and it's similar to all the everyday typical things such as learning how to ride a bike. You just have to keep practicing so you develop a steady hand and the experience. Stretch your eyelids and cheek areas for better perception. Bright light is a wonder, too. Use liquid eyeliner after you have mastered a steady hand since they are a little more convenient in terms of speed and a long-lasting look.

For further tips, consider going through magazines that feature photography of super models or celebrities and take notice of the style they use on their eyes. Try to imitate them on your eyes and make necessary adjustments!

I've consistently had the problem of trying to put eyeliner on and was glorified when they came out with gel eyeliners. You use a special eyeliner brush that you can find almost at any department store including Target to help create the lines you need. I found my perfect gel eyeliner at www.sephora.com. If you live remotely close to Sephora, I'd consider visiting one cause they have every makeup you can think of from any brand. The one I use is Smudge Pots from Stila and they have quite a few colors to choose from. Of course, if you're unsatisfied with it, you can always return it within thirty days for the full refund even if its been used! With innovative technology, it's about time they make applying makeup easier for us women. Good luck on finding the right eyeliner :)

Pencil eyeliners are easier to use than liquids, and are more mistake-proof. Rimmel is a good, very inexpensive brand- I like it because it doesn't bleed into my eyeshadow. Other good brands are Elizabeth Arden and Ulta's brand of eyeliner. As far as color, black and grey are good basics. What color looks good really depends on eye color- I have light brown eyes, and moss green or dark purple eyeliner make them stand out.

Get an angeled brush, most of the time they say eyeliner brush and pat it on the crease that meets your lashes. You can use lots of colors. It depends on what you think looks best. The brush effect works much better then typical eyeliners because it doesnt really smudge unless you completely mess it up. Remember to pat it across your lid not stroke it. You really can't go wrong!

Good Luck! (=

I have a beige color skin also, I wear a soft brown eyeliner. It looks better and more natural than black.

When applying eyeliner to the inner eye, gently pull lid away from eye and draw a line along upper and lower inner eye rim.
If applying eyeliner to outer rim of eye: Pull lid taunt with free hand, draw across in one continuous thin line. Retrace for larger lines. Apply eyeliner as close as possible to (and even into) the lashes. To avoid the white line you get when liner and lashes don't connect.

a brown pencil would go good with your skin and under your eyelids it is pretty easy to put on. It is harder with those little brushes to put on but those are mainly for on the top eyelid. And those are kinda hard to put on if you don't have steady hands. anyways I would say a brown would go good with your skin because black would be way to dark and you want to look natural when putting on makeup.

you would want to get the roll on eye liner no liquid that will make your eyes burn and you would want to put it on top and bottom pull your eye down and just concentrate it wont hurt if your trust your self and i think you should use a brown i mean it dont really matter what color your skin is it matters what color your eyes are if they are blue use black if they are brown use brown i mean you have to be spacific on your eye color
