The dual overhead cam has one cam with a damper on it. The cam needs to be locked in place and the damper needs to be loaded when replacing the belt. It is critical. This is the thing I hate about DOHC. Look on the crank, there will be a piece of steel that kindof looks like it has huge teeth on it. Pretty thin, but that's what the sensor uses to pick up. That has one of the tabs with a line scribed across it. That's top dead center when it's lined up directly with the sensor. Good luck.
