The truth is, if you have a solid ALGEBRA foundation, you can survive a good part of calculus. The toughest parts will involve trigonometry, which is covered in precalculus, but rarely in algebra 2.
I would strongly recommend beefin up the following algebra skills.
1) Solving any linear or quadratic equation.
2) Factoring.
3) Adding messy fractions by getting common denominators.
4) Being fluent in converting between radicals and fractional exponents.
5) Graphing stuff easily.
Additionally, you should really try to learn he following trig stuff.
1) Converting between dergees and radians (most calculus trig is in radians, and not degrees).
2) Basic right-triangle definitions of sine, cosine, and tangent (and when you get those down, their reciprocals: cosecant, secant, and cotanegnt).
3) The 45-45-90 and 30-60-90 triangles (they help give exact trig values for 30, 45, and 60 degrees).
4) Circle trig (on a corrdiante plane; the definitions are equivalent to the right-triange definitions. Plus, circle trig allows to to consider angles greater than 90 degrees, and negative angles).
I know it's a lot, but trust me: if you can handle the algebra, and learn some trig basics, you can survive.
