There are no quick fix pills. If there were, you wouldn't even have to ask this question because it would be all over the news about how good the product was.

Eat less and move more. That's it plain and simple. I have tried everything else and there is no way around it.

By the way, I tried Meridia about 4 years ago and did not lose an ounce! I never changed my eating habits.

Hi,
Weight loss pills are widely advertised as quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them.

The best "pill" is the proper balance of vitamin supplements and a healthy diet. Vitamin shortage can lead to overeating as you feel the munchies and crave a lot of things you normally would not.

If you want to lose weight, switch from whole milk to skim milk; cut out junk food and add lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains to your diet.

Grapefruit extract helps burn fat, and green tea will aid in your energy and metabolism. Other than that, I would steer clear of pills. A healthful life style and sensible eating habits are your best bet for losing weight and keeping it off.

I would say diet and exercise forget the pill. With anything you should aways see your physician before starting a diet or exercise program of any kind.
