I am annoyed with him, he knows it but he is still doing it!!!!

Its just one way of demanding attention from you. Tell him you will give him some attention if he goes and makes you a cuppa. You get rid of him for a few minutes and you get a cuppa. Result!

This is a bit confusing. Is the fact that he is sat next to you the thing that's annoying, or is he actually doing something wrong? How can you expect him to know all this unless you say something? You tend to think we blokes should be aware of all these things, but it doesn't work like that. We work best with known facts, the literal and anything that involves tasks. Clairvoyance we're not good at. Sorry.

Because you let him.You have even trivialised his behaviour by letting him see you put this question on.Teach him he has to show you respect,don't allow him to get away with bad behaviour and if all else fails then leave him !
