It is made of plastic on the left or right lower corner of the radiator. Wing nut shaped turn it 1/4 turn only then gently pull away from the radiator 1/2 inch, a hole on the underside thru the rubber mount will start draining coolant. Drain pan handy?
cooling system has 11qts in the northstar engine unless you also flush and drain the engine block you will only get about 2 gallons out.
