In Oregon, the backdrop used is kind of a medium blue, so if you wanna be funny, see if you can find a top that's a perfect match for the backdrop wherever you're getting your license and wear that on the day your picture is taken -- then it will look like you're just a floating head! Seriously, though, just dress as you usually do, and do your hair as you usually do. Your DL pic is intended to "look like you." And if you usually wear glasses, wear the glasses in the picture (screw vanity).

Just think of what looks best in a picture. Don't try something new with your hair that day or pull it back all the way- you'll look like a boy. Wear a little makeup, it shows up less in a photograph than in person.

you should wear a light colored shirt maybe like a light blue, but something cute.don't wear anything that is bright like hot pink, and also go easy on your make-up! don't wear it dark and also have your hair down cuz you wouldn't want to look like a guy!:) hope everything goes well!

I wore a pink shirt! It was weird though cause the background was blue! It's really up to you...It depends what color you look best in and what your skin tone is....I think green is kinda cute...

Darker muted colors. DL backgrounds tend to be bright and blue/greenish and the photo themselves are sharp and contrasted.

Do not wear white. Cause white colors make you pale. honestyly wear bright colors

whatever color you look best in. a dark color would be good because the background is white. the DMV recommends that you don't wear any kind of pattern
