I know she hasn't started yet, but I just have this feeling its not going to be real long. I say less than 5 years.

She knows how to play the game and the brass will cover her only as long as the ratings hold. It is a fickle and cut throat business and if there is someone driving ratings better, they'll re-assign Couric in a New York minute.

I am thinking along the same boat, no more than 10 years. She has mentioned that she wants to get married again, I do not blame her. She will meet some wonderful rich man and quit.
No more happy cheerleader doing the nightly news... darn! ;)
