My family's needs are met by our 1997 Chrysler Town&Country LXi and our 1998 Ford Taurus SE. The cars are dependable, on the whole cheap to repair, and get excellent fuel economy (for what they are). The Chrysler has 135,000 miles on it and still runs like a champ. The Taurus has only now needed a timing belt, and neither car has ever failed us with a no-start for any reason.

My dream car would be a 1985 Ferrari 288 GTO , a 550 Maranello (with a Tubi-Style exhaust), or an early Jaguar E-type 2+2 v12. I've had the pleasure of seeing the Ferraris (and riding in one), and driving the Jaguar. All are an unparalleled experience at speed, and sexier than anything else of their respective eras. I also wouldn't mind owning a 2001 Jaguar XKR coupe--British Racing Green over biscuit leather, of course. All the power of the early models without the unfortunate engine issues.

Just my wish list. ;)

A mini cooper, dark blue with twin racing stripes or a classic VW bus for all my driving needs. Good gas milage, lots of space, easy parts and quick to work on. I can totally fix either on the side of the road if need be.

Dream car I already have but never get to driver anymore. (sigh)Well, actually it's a truck. A sky blue 1966 Ford Truck with baby moon hubcaps and an engine that could pull just about anything. Unfortunatly its got high gas milage and like any classic it's finiky and some parts are harder to find than others for it. So sometimes it breaks down and you have to jerry-rig a quick fix or just watch the poor baby sit until a part comes in.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP=relaxing, AWD, quickly, large seems. 1960's Porsche 911=i could favor to purchase one and fix it. and then keep it searching inventory, yet make it my fastest vehicle, that is problem-free to do because they in straightforward words weigh about 2300 lbs. they merely want 400HP to achieve 200mph or 600HP to surpass 220mph.
