It is dangerous, but yes, it is possible. I am in a similar situation right now. My best friend, a guy, has been my friend before I met my Fiance. My friend is like my big brother and best friend all rolled into one. He and my fiance actually get along quite well, and now is renting a room from us when he is on leave from the army (weekends mostly) However, for a very short while, my fiance was a bit jealous. He thought something had been going on between us. ( so not true) He trusted in me and got over it. But as long as you have trust in your relationship, there shouldn't be a problem. However, I would refrain from questionable interactions with this male friend, such as over night road trips, late nights out w/o hubby. If you are going out with said male friend, be sure to clear it with your husband, not that you have to have permission to hang out with your friends.... do it as a sign of respect. That way, you give your husband nothing to worry about.

I know it's hard to "let go" of some of the friends you had before you were married. Being newly married myself. But really it is for the better.
That is a part of marriage, that you move on with some things, and join with your hubby, HE is to be/become your best friend.

If you still feel strongly in your heart, like a struggle because you hate to loose him as a friend...... I'd venture to say you have some feelings for him so let it go. Even if you don't have "feelings" for him - still..... let it go.

Your husband is your partner, best friend, lover, everything. Keep investing time into and with your husband and before you know it, you will see how he will be the best to hang out with, talk to share things with.

What i particularly opt to say is certain.. yet i particularly imagine that the answer a tremendous variety of the time is not any. till one is tremendous unattractive, and would not imagine the different is even remotely appealing and/or is gay. Hasn't anybody considered "at the same time as Harry Met Sally"? "there is not any such component as a platonic courting between a guy and a lady!" that is authentic.
