It is an old story from an old man. It won't float the boat this time. The more he talks the more I think this thing in London was a set up deal for the election. I sure hope that the American people are smarter then to buy that bulls hit again.

By the way you phrased that question you obviously have an agenda and must be a member of the MSM (mainstream media).
A NPOV way to phrase that question might be:
"Do you believe that Vice President Cheney uses various procedures to negatively or positively motivate others to engage in certain behaviors?"
But like all true liberals you have to let your true colors show.
