The weight is secondary.....your health is more important. You can be the so-called "perfect weight" and still not be healthy.

http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm

This site is a pretty good *starting point.* As has been said, there really is no such thing as "right". That being said, there are weights given your other stats that can be too extreme. I'd say take a look at those ranges (there are 4 different assessments on that page) and definitely make sure you don't fall terribly outside of the minimums and maximums.

Beyond that, weight must always go hand in hand with health. There are certainly body image issues tangent to weight that can warp one's perception of what is the "ideal" weight.

According to Weight Watchers.com . . her ideal weight should be between 102 and 118. You must keep in mind that this is just a suggestion. Different people have different body types. If she has a large body structure, she has bigger bones that would weigh more than the bones of a more average or petite size girl.

I agree that it is more important that she be healthy.

I don't know about weight... it depends on your bones. But I am considered the perfect size by my friends and I'm a size 3. I'm also 5'0".

This website has a calculator to see if you're in your proper weight range. For your age and height it says 89 to 131 lbs is healthy.

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT BODY FRAME YOU HAVE. SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE. 105 IS PERFECT BUT REMEMBER THAT WEIGHT IS IMPORTANT BUT HEALTH IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT. TRY NOT TO SMOKE AND DRINK ONLY AFTER THE AGE OF 21, ALLOW YOUR BODY TO FULL DEVELOP WITHOUT THE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF ALCOHOL
