well...cham thought paul was the best, but paul just said cham was the best, so it's a tie i guess.
but seriously...cham is better. you go back to get ya mind correct when (in my opinion) paul was at his best, cham was still better. or look at controversy sells...an album where they took some unreleased cham verses and threw them over tracks, and spent the whole cd dissing him. you'd think paul would try his damnedest to outdo cham seeing as he actually had a chance to write his verses for specific tracks...but he still couldn't.
nothing against paul, i buy his stuff too, but he can't touch koopa.
