Sorry..... But he is not interested. He may have been interested in you, but guys run when girls make the first move. It's ok though, there are plenty of other guys on the planet, his just your learning curve.
In future if you like a guy don't pursue him, flirt with him a little but don't ask him out. If the feeling is mutual, then don't worry he will ask you out in his own time. And if he doesn't..... then he doesn't deserve you.
To deal with the current boy problem, if I were you I would not talk to him unless he talked to me first. It is his loss that he doesn't see how much of a catch you are..... he is a fool. And you don't have time to be running after fools now do you?

because adult men in this age team do not opt to positioned forth the attempt of attending to understand a stylish female. be conscious in case you'll, the females who continually have a boyfriend were putting out for years! There is a chance he is one of these guys that want to do the asking. But that should not have made a difference if he likes you.
