I add sugar to my facial cleanser. Well, I use it with my body wash as well. Anyway, the grains are smaller than you'll find with most scrubs found at the store so they don't feel quite so rough. You've had plenty of time to exfoliate by the time the sugar starts to liquefy.
You may want to check with your doctor first. If your skin has very many blemishes, any exfoliation may irritate and inflame it.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub and then follow up with a product from University Medical called Acne Free. You can get it at Harmon or maybe Walmart. This stuff is great!!

L'oreal Pure Zone works very well for me. The whole regime is good. There's three different cleansers, you just choose the one for your skin type, but the one I have below sounds like its for your skin.
"L'oreal Pure Zone Pore Unclogging Scrub Cleanser
A foaming cleanser that contains scrubbing beads to help cleanse and exfoliate for smooth skin while unclogging pores and blackheads in the T-zone."
The rest of the regime can be found here: http://www.lorealparisusa.com/frames.asp?0.8331046875100583#skincare/brand/purezone.asp

Ask your dermatologist or doctor what he might suggest. Sometimes if you scrub your skin too much, it can aggrivate the skin, causing more blemishes. If your doctor OK's the use of an exfoliant, try Mary Kay Microdermabrasion.

Honey, paint your face with it and let it sit for a while and then rinse off with warm water and facial pad. After that apply vitamin E from a capsule and do the same. Both are very good for the skin.
